O QUE É STRETCH HOOD SMARTFLEX®  ?

A tecnologia do Stretch Hood (literalmente capuz estirado)  consiste na aplicação de uma capa de filme flexível, que se contrai em torno da carga. O capuz de filme é estirado para uma dimensão correspondente à circunferência exterior exata da carga e é aplicada sobre a carga e libertado por debaixo do estrado. Isto assegura uma retenção confiável entre a palete e a carga, e assegura o palete para armazenamento e transporte.

During transportation, the load has to be secured so that it is prevented from slipping or toppling over. The use of SmartFlex® fi lms for securing pal ets makes a signifi cant contribution towards increased safety during road transport thanks to the fi lms’ extraordinarily high dart impact and tear resistance plus their specifi cal y co-ordinated retention forces and their resistance to weathering.

SUSTAINABILITY IS OUR PRINCIPLE

SmartFlex® stretch hood films actively contribute towards environmental protection.

Resource consumption can be signifi cantly reduced in comparison with heavy duty shrink fi lms because the effective weight per packaging unit can be lowered by up to 50 % thanks to the decreased volume of fi lm and reduced fi lm thickness.

As no energy is required for the shrinking process, this too equates to the use of fewer resources and optimised energy costs. The films themselves are kind to the environment and make sparing use of resources as they are completely recyclable.





CERTIFIED QUALITY IS SAFETY

By implementing the latest production, analysis and laboratory technologies B+K

achieves the very highest quality based on the most precise planning, checking and documentation of each individual production phase. Back in 1990, B+K became one of the first companies within the packaging industry to obligate itself to the concept of quality, establishing and certifying its QM system according to the DIN EN ISO
